	Dr Kaberi Banerjee Dr. Kaberi Banerjee is an infertility and IVF specialist who is trained from the prestigious Guys and St Thomas Hospital, London which does about 700 IVF cycles / year and is also the leading PGD (Pre-implantation Genetic Diagnosis) centre of UK. Following this she worked as an IVF consultant at the Assisted Reproduction and Gynaecology Center, London which boasts of having the greatest IVF success in Europe. Dr. Banerjee has done her MBBS and MD in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. She has also done her Membership of the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (MRCOG), London. She is also a Member of National Academy of Medical Sciences (MNAMS). Dr. Banerjee feels very strongly for patients suffering from infertility and has made a conscious decision 5 years ago. She has established the IVF centre at one of the tertiary health centre at Delhi which has consistently produced good IVF success rate to the tune of 40%/attempt. She has done over 1000 IVF cycles and specializes in IVF, ICSI, egg donation and surrogacy, along with an expert team of Embryologists.
	Ms. Kiran - Patient & Surrogate Co-ordinator Kiran is assistant to Dr. Kaberi Banerjee. She is a graduate in Life Sciences from Delhi University. She organizes the treatment and appointment schedules for the patients and schedules treatment for new clients. Kiran personally maintains contact with all the intended parents from India and with international intended parents once they sign the agreement. She is also co-ordinating every surrogate mother involved in our programs. She sends results of medical tests and liases with our medical team and clients regarding updates on the health of surrogates. She assists the social workers in receiving, reviewing, and processing supporting documents for surrogate application.
	Mr. Bhupender - Co-ordinator/Social worker Bhupender is the co-ordinator/Social worker in our organization. He is a graduate from Delhi University in Bachelor of Arts. He makes the client accommodation bookings, organizes airport transfers, and co-odinates drivers for clients for their travel to and from appointments. His work includes proper assessment and screening of the prospective surrogates and assisting in matching process with the intended parents. He takes proper care of health and hygiene of the surrogate mother also. He is very excited to have the opportunity to continue to help create and support families through their surrogacy journey.
	Mrs. Sheela Sebastian - Nurse Mrs. Sheela Sebastian graduate from an approved registered nursing program and posses a current, active license to practice as a registered nurse. She assists in developing and interpretation of the philosophy, goals and objectives of the organization. She participates in and monitors functioning of quality management programs. She also participates in patient placement decision for optimal utilization of resources based on priority patients needs. She complies with infection, control, safety and quality management programs in the unit.
	Ms Rukmini - Lab Technician Ms Rukmini is our lab technician. She is responsible for laboratory- based tasks, which includes sampling, testing, measuring, recording and analyzing results in biological, chemical, physical and life sciences. She also provide all the required technical support to enable the laboratory to function effectively whilst adhering to correct procedures and health and safety guidelines. Her main function is to perform the specific scientific procedures that allow Dr Kaberi Banerjee to perform the more complex analytical processes of the laboratory.
